El ejercicio físico y el deporte nos ayudan a mejorar nuestra salud y calidad de vida, aportando un buen número de beneficios a nivel físico, psíquico y socioafectivo. La actividad física es, por tanto, uno de los hábitos más saludables que podemos realizar, ya que nos ayuda a eliminar los kilos sobrantes y los líquidos retenidos en nuestro organismo, nos permite ganar masa muscular y tonificar nuestro cuerpo, combatir la fatiga, mejorar nuestro estado de ánimo, eliminar el estrés o mejorar el tránsito intestinal.
