La alimentación resulta fundamental a lo largo de nuestras vidas. Por eso es importante llevar una dieta rica y equilibrada, que nos aporte todos los nutrientes necesarios para mantener un buen estado de salud. Del mismo modo, el consumo excesivo de calorías, así como las dietas ricas en grasas y azucares tienen efectos muy negativos sobre la salud, originando problemas como el sobrepeso y favoreciendo la aparición de enfermedades a largo plazo.
