La mayoria de personas obesas quieren perder peso y ponerse en forma y saben que la mejor forma de hacerlo es seguir una dieta y realizar ejercicio, pero cuando llevan mucho tiempo sin emprender ninguna actividad, deben de empezar adecuada y pausadamente. Por ello no es adecuado acudir a un gimnasio, porque ellos no pueden seguir el ritmo impuesto y puede resultar peligrosos para su corazón.
