upss… no se como empezar este mensaje sin ser muy antipatica, pero es que… no hay manera. Lo siento pero recomiendas primero comer berros para el hipotiroidismo y luego no omer cruciferas….los berros son cruciferas!! ahhh y los rábanos también son crucíferas…
