El ritmo de vida actual impide que muchas veces prestemos la atención necesaria a nuestro cuerpo y a las alertas que éste nos manda.Es el caso de los dolores musculares provocados por pasar muchas horas delante del ordenador, las malas posturas, el estrés laboral, las tareas del hogar, el cuidado de los hijos o los problemas económicos y familiares. Es habitual que después de un largo día notemos que el cuello y los hombros acumulen mucha tensión, que provoca dolor en esta zona.
