Además de para mantener un buen estado de salud, una correcta alimentación es fundamental para contrarrestar el desgaste energético provocado por las distintas actividades que realizamos durante el día. Por ese motivo es muy importante tomar alimentos naturales que nos aporten bastante energía y, por tanto, nos ayuden a recuperar la energía gastada. En este sentido, la manzana, también conocida como "la fruta de salud", nos da mucha energía.
