yo no disfruto mucho del agua natural, me gusta que siempre tenga algun sabor actualmente me compre casi una dotacion de un polvo para preparar bebidas (saborizantes) y es con lo que actualmente me estoy hidratando cuando hago ejercicio, mas no se si me hara daño a largo plazo… les paso la informacion nutrimental por porcion de 200 ml (carbohidratos 2g, azúcarez 2g, sodio 5mg, vitamina C 5% de IDR) consumo 2 litros diarios
