La espalda es un pilar básico de nuestro organismo, ya que se encarga de sujetar nuestro cuerpo. Los malos hábitos posturales, los movimientos bruscos, cargar con pesos excesivos, el sobrepeso, la utilización de calzado inadecuado y la falta de ejercicio provocan que la columna vertebral no se encuentre en buenas condiciones, así como dolores de rodillas, cadera, espalda y cuello.
