Artículo muy completo,y concreto.., aunque con estas recomentaciones cualquiera consigue sus objetivos! lo difícil aquí y la cruda realidad es conseguir que la gente haga ejercicio si acaso 2 o 3 veces a la semana.No te digo ya varias veces al dia…:)
