El yoga es una disciplina milenaria procedente de la India, que ha llegado hasta nuestros días gracias a los innumerables beneficios que ofrece a nuestro cuerpo, mente y el espíritu. Su práctica nos permite mejorar nuestro bienestar físico y mental, de ahí que muchos médicos generales lo recomienden como complemento de un tratamiento o, por ejemplo, si ven que un paciente se encuentra estresado.
