Como siempre os decimos en Cosas de Salud, el ejercicio físico y una alimentación equilibrada y sana son fundamentales para estar en forma y llevar un estilo de vida saludable. A pesar de que el ritmo de vida actual, el trabajo, los estudios y el resto de obligaciones, nos pueden alejar de llevar una vida sana, hay que intentar no descuidar nunca estos dos aspectos claves para estar libres de enfermedades y gozar de un buen estado de salud.
