Ya estamos metidos de lleno en la Navidad, una época en la que solemos caer en los excesos, especialmente en las comidas. A pesar de que es inevitable comer más en estas fechas y saltarnos la rutina habitual, es importante controlar qué comemos y cuánto comemos para reducir el número de calorías y evitar que las navidades acaben siendo perjudiciales para nuestra salud.
