El ejercicio físico es vital para disfrutar de un buen estado de salud y mejorar nuestra calidad de vida. La actividad física nos aporta un gran número de beneficios a nivel físico, psíquico y socioafectivo. Es, por tanto, uno de los hábitos más saludables que podemos realizar. Nos ayudará a perder peso y eliminar los líquidos retenidos en nuestro organismo, nos permite desarrollar nuestros músculos y tonificar nuestro cuerpo, mejorar nuestro estado de ánimo, disminuir el estrés, combatir la fatiga o mejorar el tránsito intestinal.
