A todos nos gusta dormir, sobre todo cuando uno se despierta después de un sueño reparador. En el pasado, dormir era un tema bastante ignorado por los médicos y rodeado de mitos, pero en la actualidad la situación ha cambiado y cada vez se da más importancia a un buen descanso para la salud general y el bienestar. De hecho, está demostrado que cuando la gente duerme menos de 6 o 7 horas cada noche, se incrementan de forma considerable los riesgos de sufrir enfermedades.
